MADOCKS ARCHITECTURE

This pre-war residential co-op building in Lincoln Square is one of many landmark buildings in this historic neighborhood in the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Madocks Architecture conducted a comprehensive façade inspection - identifying areas in need of repair and overseeing all restoration efforts to ensure the architectural integrity of the building was preserved.

A key challenge of the project was gaining access to the façade within the constraints of the densely populated urban environment. To overcome this, a full pipe-frame scaffold system was strategically installed, enabling safe and efficient access for restoration crews while minimizing disruption to residents and the surrounding neighborhood
