BELOW GRADE WATERPROOFING
The challenge for this project was to provide continuous waterproofing from below the slab on grade, up the sides of the building and over the roof.
Five of the six sides of the building were buried beneath soil including the green roof on the top of the building.
Madocks Architecture provided third party on-site QA/QC inspections for the below grade waterproofing.
