Madocks Architecture was commissioned to manage the façade restoration of this industrial-era landmark building, which has since been transformed into a modern condominium featuring upscale loft-style residences. Once a key component of Tribeca’s industrial past, this project exemplifies the districts historical evolution and enduring architectural legacy.

The restoration team was challenged to seamlessly integrate preserved architectural elements with contemporary facade repairs. The building’s unique face brick required a meticulous and extensive brick and mortar selection process. The care taken during the material selection process ensured a restoration that was authentic to the neighborhood’s historic character.
