Converted from an industrial-era refrigeration building, this modern condominium reflects the unique character of the neighborhood.

The challenge of this façade repair project stemmed from the building’s deceptive appearance-while it may seem modest at first glance, it actually merges two structures into a larger complex that spans between city blocks. Each façade is composed of different materials, requiring separate restoration approaches tailored to their unique historic characteristics.
