LEAK INVESTIGATION
Madocks Architecture conducted an investigation to help find the cause of ongoing leaks reported at this high-rise residential co-op building in Manhattan. Water tests were done at the skylight above the indoor pool, several windows, and nearby ceilings and hallways.
The primary challenge of this investigation was accurately replicating the reported leaks as they had occurred during past rainstorms, which required prolonged spray test durations and testing at many different heights.
