MADOCKS ARCHITECTURE

Madocks Architecture performed a water test to reproduce a reported leak and identify the source of water infiltration near a window header of a residential apartment. During prolonged water spraying, leaks were observed at various points around the window frame.

The main challenge of this investigation was isolating the exact point of water entry, as there were multiple damages observed around the window frame and visible deterioration of mortar joints throughout the area.
