MADOCKS ARCHITECTURE

The subject building had a series of reported leaks throughout the façade.

Madocks Architecture worked with the clients’ contractor to conduct spray testing at various points of the façade. Thermal cameras and moisture meters were used detect points of water infiltration during the testing process.

Repairs were made to the EIFS by replacing waterproofing and sealant at strategic locations.
